Free delivery

Direct delivery throughout Italy performed by our delivery men or by BRT SpA . , with tracked service, for plants and flowers is included in the sale price.

It is also free for all other products (vases, accessories, gifts) with a minimum purchase of €18.00.

We prepare your order from Monday to Friday and entrust it to the courier in the afternoon of the same day.

The delivery men will deliver your order the following working day throughout Italy and two working days later in Calabria, Basilicata, Sicily and Sardinia.

If you want delivery in the morning of the scheduled day, you can select Priority shipping (cost €4.90).

The transport will be tracked for free on your email, so you will know when the delivery will be made.

We cannot make deliveries on public holidays or on the day of the order because we prepare the orders, without intermediaries or local correspondents.

We cannot accommodate requests at specific times and do not guarantee deliveries to hospitals.

For timely delivery please make sure the shipping address is correct. If your order has already been prepared or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
