Free delivery

Direct delivery throughout Italy, carried out by our delivery drivers or by BRT S.p.A., with tracked service, for plants and flowers is included in the purchase price.

It is also free for all other products (pots, accessories, gifts) with a minimum purchase of €18.00.

We prepare your order from Monday to Friday and hand it over to the courier in the afternoon of the same day or the afternoon of the following day if the order is placed after 12:00 noon.

The delivery drivers will deliver your order on the next business day throughout Italy and in one to two business days for Calabria, Basilicata, part of Puglia, and the islands.

If you would like delivery on the morning of the scheduled day, you can select Priority shipping (at a cost of €5.90).

The shipment will be tracked free of charge via email, so you will know when the delivery will be made.

We cannot make deliveries on public holidays or on the day of the order because we prepare the orders, without intermediaries or local correspondents.

We cannot accommodate requests at specific times and do not guarantee deliveries to hospitals.

For timely delivery please make sure the shipping address is correct. If your order has already been prepared or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
