Is it true that plants purify the air we breathe?
In fact, the extraordinary qualities of plants are known, plants purify air (even water), plants provide oxygen, plants refresh and depollute the environment, plants are natural filters and we, with our small online sale, want help make our world better!
Do you deliver on the day of the order?
Our delivery system without intermediaries or correspondents, which guarantees high quality at low prices, does not allow for same day delivery. If the order is placed before 12 noon on a working day, it will be delivered the following day in central-northern Italy and two days later in the islands and southern Italy. Under no circumstances do we deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
I'm a florist, do you make conventions - collaborations with us?

Where do the plants you sell come from?
They can come (in order of preference) from our greenhouse crops, from Italian producers, or from Holland. Near Amsterdam there is the world's largest flower and plant market. We regularly buy at the famous 'Aalsmeer Auction' through a trusted local buyer.
Do you issue an invoice and special conditions for the companies that buy?
Of course, you must indicate a VAT number and unique code when entering data and ask for an invoice when ordering. Why do you transplant almost all the plants you sell to ensure that the customer does not have this task but you don't do it for the orchids?
The orchid is a plant which needs to be wet by immersion and which loses its resistance if it is transplanted before being shipped. Therefore, to give you an excellent product, we provide it with a special pot cover with an internal rise to drain excess water when you will water it following the instructions that we will give you according to the quality of the chosen orchid.
I often work away from home all week, can I afford plants without making them immediately wither?
If you can leave the room bright, that's no problem because almost all the plants we sell have a water reserve inside the vase. For some plants it means that even for two, three weeks without further maintenance and watering they can be fine. In any case, if you go on holiday, we also sell additional water reserves.
How can I see a real photo of the plant I want to buy?
Most of the photos on the site are taken of the plants that we will actually send you in a photographic set inside our nursery. We constantly update our photographic archive, however the plants change their appearance numerous times during the year and therefore the image is always for illustrative purposes.
Can you also deliver on Saturday and Sunday?
Unfortunately not, your order will be delivered from Monday to Friday, during daytime hours. In case of absence, a notice will be left at your address with a telephone number of the courier to contact. In case of return you will not have to pay anything, please.
